LORD HUTTON'S REPORT CONFIDENTIALITY ARRANGEMENTS
Lord Hutton previously announced that the six Parties represented at the Inquiry will have 24 hours notice of the report, subject to undertakings to ensure that there is no leaking of parts of the report before it is published
Lord Hutton announced this afternoon that he is satisfied with the confidentiality arrangements drawn up between the Inquiry Secretariat and the Parties and, subject to the required undertakings, the Parties will be given copies of the Report at noon tomorrow.
When Lord Hutton's report is published in Parliament on the 28th it will be posted on the Hutton Inquiry website [www.the-hutton-inquiry.org.uk].
